Within the elegant boutique hotel Laqua by the Lake – part of the Cannavacciuolo family of properties – the view over the lake, enjoyed from the splendid terrace in the warmer months, accompanies the gastronomic experience with natural refinement. In the kitchen, resident chef Gianni Bertone offers dishes of a pronounced Mediterranean character, interpreted with creativity and contemporary sensitivity. Two tasting menus are available: “Brezza”, inspired by the suggestions of the lake, and “Acquolina”, of more Neapolitan evocation; the à la carte remains available for those who prefer to compose their own journey. Among the dishes not to be missed: the John Dory in an aromatic crust and the sequence of desserts, which closes with an indulgent selection of petit fours.
