Surrounded by vines and olive trees, Boškinac is a refined country house with a boutique hotel, an oasis of peace in which to rediscover the unhurried rhythm of the island of Pag. The kitchen, which aims above all to celebrate the purity of its ingredients, interprets local tradition with creativity: Adriatic fish, lamb, wild herbs, vegetables and olive oil, partly cultivated or gathered nearby. Two tasting menus are offered, the Grande and Petite Experience, which tell the story of the local area with elegance and restraint. The cellar is equally central, being at the very heart of the family story: the Boškinac Winery, founded in 2000, draws deep roots from a centuries-old tradition. The wines, an expression of the rocky terroir of Pag, accompany the dishes with coherence, complemented by a carefully curated list of selected Croatian labels. In the warmer months, the terraces set among the greenery transform the restaurant into a romantic and evocative retreat.
