The sophisticated and upscale decor is done out in a palette of elegant dark tones and the atmosphere is lively. Executive Chef Klaus Kneringer and Josef Schöndorfer are in charge of the kitchen. Highlights include the "Big Cuts", meat beautifully grilled in the Big Green Egg – the Porterhouse from Austria or the Tomahawk from the US are tempting options. Experience the cuisine in all its finesse by ordering the four- or six-course "Beef Club Menu" (plus amuse-bouches and petits fours), which includes the likes of "sturgeon sandwich, fennel, kale, Imperial caviar". The excellent Austrian and international wine selection is packed with specialities including a selection of Romanée-Conti and Ornellaia wines, as well as magnum and jeroboam bottles. Experienced staff provide excellent wine recommendations to accompany the set menu, including alcohol-free options.
