The menu continues the visual style, offering familiar flavors of celebration and relaxation "made in the USSR" in a new way: sandwiches with sprat and black caviar, chebureks, borscht, stuffed cabbage rolls, and pike cutlets, "khvorost" (a type of crispy pastry), and "Kartoshka" cake.
