Haute cuisine finds an unexpected home at the fine dining restaurant of the upmarket Vier Jahreszeiten Starnberg business hotel. A glass-paned extension reminiscent of a conservatory makes for an upscale, elegant and modern setting in which to savour the creative dishes conjured up by Maximilian Moser. His cooking draws on international inspirations and takes its cue from the seasons. Fine examples include "aubergine, sesame, pomegranate, Buddha's Hand" and "Poltinger duck breast, red cabbage, orange, almond". Choose between a five- to seven-course tasting menu or an appealing à la carte selection, which also features vegetarian options.
