This restaurant-boutique features its own wine cellar and a delicatessen shop. Chef Alexei Chernov's cuisine is a "new Nordic" style with hints of the Pacific Ocean. A large window offers a detailed view of the bright kitchen, allowing guests to observe the "creative process." Alexei Tyuzhin's cocktail menu focuses on gin and complex cocktails that require technologically advanced preparation techniques (such as complex foams, milk washing, and dehydration). The wine list is built around minimalist yet powerful flavors, which we believe perfectly complement the "Ag" cuisine. The interior design is understated, isolating the guest from the outside world and immersing them in the experience. Every detail and lighting accent contributes to this effect: "Absolutely everything happens here and now – the sparkle of wine in the glasses, the carefully presented dishes, the subtleties of the service."
