Welcome to the home of the Yazgan family, which they have transformed into a boutique hotel with a restaurant. Today, the third generation is at the helm, bringing their own vision to the establishment. At the charming Aravan Evi, the kitchen garden is the primary source of produce, and diners are occasionally invited to stroll through it – it's a passion that the chefs are happy to share. Whether freshly picked, pickled or cooked in the wood-fired oven, vegetables and fruit are elevated here in remarkable ways, with an emphasis on punchy and tangy flavours. Take the dried apricots stuffed with nuts cooked in grape molasses, accompanied by a candied nut bonbon and warm halva for body.
