Here, chef Gonzalo Aramburu, who can often be seen from the dining room working the stoves alongside his team, focuses on a single surprise tasting menu that aims to combine innovation, technique and aesthetics through the use of the best Argentinian ingredients. For dessert, coffee and a post-dinner cocktail, guests need to head to the adjoining chillout room, a lounge/bar-type space filled with bottles and comfy chairs.
