"Antonio" is an Italian café that focuses on homemade Roman-style pizza and handmade pasta. This new culinary spot in Veliky Novgorod offers breakfast options like croque monsieur or potato pancakes; a quick and satisfying lunch with authentic Roman pizza or chicken broth with homemade noodles; and dinner options such as Niçoise salad or handmade casarecce pasta with salmon, paired with mocktails or wine from a concise selection featuring products from Russia, Italy, and Spain.

A special feature of the café is the artisanal bread and pastries from brand baker Maxim Babich, recognized as the best baker by the magazine "Sobaka.ru" and known for his work in St. Petersburg. Specifically for Antonio Family, Maxim developed a line of sourdough breads using a cold fermentation process, as well as pastries – savory and sweet croissants, which are prepared daily at their own production facility in Borovichi.

The café also offers signature desserts from Antonio Family: the famous "medovik" honey cake from Borovichi, panna cotta with strawberries, Italian tiramisu, profiteroles, and a dozen other fresh desserts and cakes.
