The chef-owner carefully selects Friulian and seasonal ingredients, turning them into dishes that showcase the local area. The menu alternates between fish dishes and authentic flavours like those that characterise rich and comforting tagliatelle with duck ragout or golden “frico” served with steaming polenta. Snails à la bourguignonne are always on the menu, releasing intense and inviting aromas and completing an experience that tastes of tradition and good company.
