Under the slogan ‘What’s local will protect us’, this spacious, comfortable, modest restaurant, with its glass-fronted kitchen, is committed to modern cuisine with a limited range products to enhance the clarity of each flavour. Here gastronomy is seen as an opportunity to bring the dishes of the farmhouses into the modern day without the need to overcomplicate things too much, for us to enjoy a good meal and, practically always, based on seasonal raw ingredients from reliable local suppliers.Chefs Gorka Rico and Javier Rivero present their proposal through two tasting menus, Gure Lurra and Gure Lur Garaia (the latter is the same, but with two additional courses) that evolve every week according to the freshest and most in-season nearby products, both of Tolosa and the surrounding area. An interesting fact? In hunting season, they offer unique meats, such as Sagardoz orkatza (Sagardoz roe deer), and make sure not to miss their exquisite cheesecake!
