About
The town’s most luxurious hotel was designed in 1912 by Austrian architect Alfred Keller, whose name is today borne by the property’s gourmet restaurant. The terrace, overlooking the splendid bay of Čikat, provides the ideal frame for a refined gastronomic experience. In the kitchen, new Croatian chef Daniel Skokić continues along the path already laid, celebrating the finest local ingredients through modern and creative dishes of rich colour and nuance. The technical foundation is French, with international influences also present, in a proposal structured around an expansive tasting menu – adaptable across several formats – and a sound à la carte selection. Fish and seafood are the protagonists, though interesting meat alternatives are not neglected. An attentive and professional service and an excellent wine list, spanning local and international labels, complete the experience.
