Yannick Delpech, ex L'Amphitryon, is back in the saddle for a second act in this charming, atypical establishment. In a former sawmill, he combines fine dining with the bohemian spirit of a chef’s table. In an atmosphere depicted by music and a video projection, some 15 diners are served a surprise set menu. Legible and indulgent, the authentic repertory enhanced with gutsy sauces and jus (the chef's hallmark) never fails to make an impression: langoustine au naturel, herring tarama, lemon and a jus of glazed langoustine heads or veal cutlet, artichoke, gnocchis and glazed calf’s sweetbread! All the wines are organic and natural.
