The seasonal regional cuisine is made using excellent ingredients sourced from local farmers or grown on site, featuring dishes such as rooster with green asparagus and morels. Bavarian influences are also integrated in imaginative ways. Tempting dessert options include baba with rhubarb and soured cream. Two set menus are available: "Vom Hof" and the vegetarian "Vom Garten".
