The restaurant's menu is overseen by Vladimir Bogoyavets ("5642 Vysota," BOLSHOI, Luce, "Aist," "Tchaikovsky"), who was sent by the project creators for a training period in Jordan, where he had the opportunity to cook for the royal family. The 15/17 BAR&GRILL menu begins with traditional, vibrant Middle Eastern mezes: three types of hummus, mutabal, tabbouleh, kebabs, labneh with za'atar, and more. As main courses, the chef recommends ordering fragrant Balkan kebabs, "lualarma" (various meats wrapped in homemade lavash), juicy chebureks, chicken shawarma, and Lebanese kibbeh. The chef prepares the shawarma exclusively over an open flame; the grill and doner oven here are fueled by charcoal. Special blenders and a fryer for falafel were brought from Jordan to the 15/17 BAR&GRILL, along with a special tahini paste and spices. For dessert, guests are offered honey-infused "chak-chak," halva, profiteroles, homemade open-faced pies with seasonal berries and fruits. The wine list features affordable prices, and the bar offers a dozen cocktails with unique twists. The average bill is 1500 rubles.
