From metallurgist to the only chef specializing in Chinese cuisine in the region! In 2020, he began learning Chinese cuisine from scratch. In 2021, thanks to his hard work and unwavering focus on results, he brought the restaurant to unprecedented internal records in terms of quality, speed of service, aesthetics, and financial performance!

He was born in Donetsk and grew up in Chukotka. He comes from a large and close-knit family with parents, an older sister, and two older brothers. After school, he was passionate about photography and videography. In 2015, he moved to Volgograd and enrolled at VolgSTU, majoring in metallurgy. While studying, he worked as a photographer and videographer, filming business forums, seminars, and training sessions. In 2016, at one of the business forums, he met the manager of the Chinese restaurant "Golden Dragon." This marked the beginning of a collaboration, with Yuri providing photography services for events at the restaurant and creating promotional videos. At the end of 2019, when the restaurant expanded and moved to a new building, Yuri became a business partner, investing funds in the construction and renovation of the new premises. Our chef's motto is: "Technology, taste, speed!"
