About
Born in Chelyabinsk. I tried various professions before entering the culinary field at the age of 28. I worked in restaurants in Chelyabinsk, starting as an assistant in the banquet service of a suburban hotel. Later, I worked in a fine dining French restaurant in Chelyabinsk, where I eventually became the head chef. Before the pandemic, I moved to Kaliningrad, where I worked as a sous chef in what was considered the best restaurant in the city, according to the local "Pumpernickel" award. During the pandemic, I moved to Montenegro and worked at the "Kiki" restaurant in the exclusive Lustica Bay resort. Upon returning, I started a food delivery service and also set up the kitchen for another healthy food delivery service in Kaliningrad. In 2022, I moved to Sri Lanka and worked as a sous chef on the coast, managing a team of 5 local employees who had never tried Russian cuisine, but whom I successfully trained to cook it. Returning in the fall of 2023, I became the head chef at the "Vikingud" gastrobar, located in the westernmost point of our country on the Baltic Spit, where I still work today. In parallel, I developed the menu for the "Ugodnik" gastrobar, which has an interesting concept where the chef changes every six months. I was a speaker at the "Chef's Breakfast" event in 2025.
