She began her career in Belarus, working in cities like Gomel and Minsk. Her experience includes establishments of various types and sizes, from cafes to hotels. She holds a degree in food technology and is also an economist specializing in the food service industry. Since 2012, she has worked as a head chef, food technologist, and pastry chef. She is a leading chef representing the Federation of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers of Russia, and she teaches courses on Italian cuisine at the Moscow State University of Service.
