In 2003, she graduated from the Trade and Economic College in Kostroma, and in 2007, she graduated from the Moscow State Technological University of Management named after K.G. Razumovsky, specializing in "Food Technology." From 2004, she progressed from a cook to a production manager in various establishments in Kostroma. In 2011, she became the chief technologist for the "Merano" pizza chain, and since 2020, she has been the head chef at the "Samovar" restaurant. She has repeatedly completed professional development courses in various technologies and areas.

Yulia was born in the city of Chardzhou, Turkmenistan. Later, she moved with her parents to a small town in Russia – Kostroma. She is married and has a daughter. She spends all her free time with her family. She loves to travel to different cities in Russia in search of unique and original dishes.
