Vladislav was born and raised in Tallinn. In 2010, he graduated from the Estonian Culinary School. He began his career at Gloria, the oldest restaurant in Estonia. He then worked at Ö, the best restaurant in the capital. Later, he moved to the island of Muhu to work at the Alexander restaurant (winner of "Best Restaurant in Estonia"). At the age of 21, he won the title of "Chef of the Year" in a culinary competition. He cooked at a presidential reception celebrating Estonia's Independence Day, at the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok, and at the China International Import Expo 2018 in Shanghai. He has hosted over 500 pop-up dinners in Russia and the CIS countries. Vladislav also has experience working in restaurants in Sweden, Norway, and Finland, such as Luomo (Helsinki, 1 Michelin star), Bagatelle (Oslo, 1 Michelin star), Eksdendt (Stockholm, 1 Michelin star), Adam & Albin (Stockholm, 1 Michelin star), and Fru K at the Thief Hotel (Oslo, winner of Norway's Leading Boutique Hotel 2013). From 2016 to 2017, he headed the kitchen at the "Müsli" restaurant (which was recommended by The World's 50 Best), and from 2018 to 2021, he was the head chef at the Stories restaurant. He also served as a co-host and sous chef for the fourth season of the culinary show "Hell's Kitchen" on the "Friday" television channel. Vladislav believes that through food, we can experience the unique characteristics of a place, and that by exploring the cuisine of another culture, we can learn about its culture and traditions.
