About
Experience in the field: 13 years. During this time, I progressed from a kitchen assistant to the brand chef of a restaurant chain. I have worked with European, Italian, Asian, Mediterranean, Caucasian, and many other cuisines. I have had the opportunity to work in: the USA, Sweden, Finland, and Turkey. I possess over 30 culinary techniques, ranging from sous vide to food fermentation. I am currently writing a book titled "The Meat Guru." I have successfully launched 25 restaurants and 42 sushi bars from the ground up. I have rebranded over 70 establishments throughout Russia and the CIS countries. I was a finalist on the TV show "Battle of the Chefs" on the "Friday" channel (best okroshka, according to Konstantin Ivlev). I participated in the TV project "Hell's Chef" (season 2) on the "Friday" channel. I was among the top 10 chefs in our vast country at the third All-Russian Culinary Arts and Service Olympiad "Legend" named after Viktor Belyaev. Category: "Chef Legend."
Previously, I was a professional athlete, a Candidate for Master of Sports, and a four-time Russian champion in bandy hockey for the "Reformation" club.
