An active participant and winner of Russian and international culinary competitions. He has completed numerous internships in Germany, Spain, Turkey, and Southeast Asian countries. He trained and worked at the Akelarre restaurant (San Sebastian, Spain), which holds three Michelin stars. He opened the "Aragvi" restaurant in Vienna.
He was born in the Republic of Komi. His passion for cooking began in his youth. He started cooking at the age of nine. At the age of fifteen, he consciously decided to become a chef, although initially he wanted to be a pastry chef. He worked in popular restaurants in Krasnodar for over 15 years.
