About
Vladimir began his career in 2009 at the renowned Royalle restaurant in Krasnodar. After working there for some time, he was promoted to senior chef and then to sous chef. From 2010 to 2012, he regularly participated in regional cooking competitions alongside Chef Dmitry Budoragin. In 2012, he moved to Moscow for an internship at the "La Mare" restaurant, and subsequently, he was invited to work at the "Aquareli" restaurant in Krasnodar, where he held the position of sous chef, based on a personal recommendation from the head chef. Together with the team, the chef oversaw the opening of projects such as the "Baren" restaurant at the "Inturist" hotel and the "Inturist" pub. He also had the opportunity to work at the "Madjar" chain of restaurants, including "Belaya Dacha," "Pinocchio Gian," and Wok café.
In 2015, Vladimir moved to the Rosa Khutor resort, where he worked in all the restaurants under the direction of brand chef Valentin Shina over a period of five years. At the "Varezhka" restaurant, the chef combines local and European cuisine, creating truly delicious and unique dishes for guests.
