He developed menus for the largest restaurant chain in St. Petersburg, Tokyo City, Bahroma No. 1, and the city's confectionery shops. He has been the head chef at restaurants in St. Petersburg such as: "My Zhe Na Ty," Balcon Lounge Bar, and Cherish (voted the best karaoke restaurant by Timeout in 2021).
