About
Born in 1989 in Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine. He went to work in Egypt (2013) at the Marriott hotel. He progressed from a cook to the chef of the "à la carte" restaurant. To further develop his skills, he worked at the "Little Buddha" bar-restaurant, specializing in Japanese cuisine, where he first encountered Asian culture. After two years living in the hot country, he met his future wife and moved to Moscow. He worked in various restaurants, where he was able to enhance his skills and improve his level. He launched restaurants from scratch, focusing on fitness and developing a full-cycle kitchen, serving as the brand chef for the "Ohana" chain. He launched the "Gastroport" project from the ground up on the island of Phuket, overseeing everything from construction to full functionality. He completed internships at restaurants: L'arome, Acqa, and Suay (recognized by the Michelin Guide). Through his travels around the world, he gathered a wealth of interesting experiences, was inspired by different cultures, and discovered new ingredients. He enjoys combining Asian and European flavors and adding his own unique perspective to the taste and presentation of dishes.
