About
Viktor Rozhkov was born in 1992 in the city of Tver. From a young age, he loved to eat delicious food. At the age of 15, he enrolled in a technical college, where he studied for three years, excelling in culinary disciplines. It's no surprise that he graduated with honors.
Viktor began his career while still a student, working as a cook's assistant at the "Bronza" cafe in Tver. He then continued to hone his skills at the "Pinates" restaurant. A significant step in his career came at the "Il Patio" restaurant, where he progressed from cook to sous chef. However, Viktor decided not to stop there and, changing direction, moved to the "Schnitzel" bar, specializing in European cuisine. After working as a cook for a couple of months, he learned all the stations in the kitchen, proved himself to be a professional, and took on the role of head chef. He began developing a new menu and surprising guests with his culinary creations.
In the past year, Viktor participated in a gastronomic festival, attended off-site events, completed professional development courses, and, during the quarantine, released his own magazine, "The Meat Guide," which covers the intricacies of preparing meat dishes.
Viktor is a family man and tries to dedicate his free time to raising his daughter. Family trips are an integral part of the Rozhkov family, where Viktor finds inspiration for new dishes.
Like any versatile person, Viktor strives to develop in various areas of culinary arts, so he cannot give a definitive answer when asked about his favorite cuisine. Every Saturday, at the bar in our neighborhood, he delights guests with dishes from various cuisines, from European to Eastern.
Viktor considers his favorite dish to be a meat burger, so one of our signature dishes is the chef's burger with a cheese schnitzel.
