Vigen's professional portfolio includes an internship in Italy, where he studied the intricacies of working with dough, the nuances of Italian cuisine, and the art of pairing food with wine. Vigen Avetisyan prefers a simple culinary style. He believes that food should be straightforward, understandable, and, most importantly, delicious. "When preparing a dish, it's important to use high-quality, reliable ingredients," the chef shares. Vigen Avetisyan's love for cooking began in his childhood. "My mother cooked dishes from various cuisines very well," the chef recalls. "I loved watching the process and helping her, and of course, I was the main taste tester. That's why, at a young age, I realized that I wanted to become a chef, and even now, when I'm preparing or developing a dish, I often remember what my mother used to cook." After school, Vigen obtained a vocational degree and then a higher education degree in "Organizational Management" from the North Caucasus Federal University.
