Today, Vasily hosts exclusive dinners throughout Russia, provides consulting services, travels to farms, and leads tours of food markets in Moscow. He is a contributor to industry publications, as well as a speaker, lecturer, and participant in major Russian gastronomic forums. Vasily hosts two original programs on the "Food" television channel and his own program on the "Kitchen TV" channel. He also has a YouTube channel with 3.34 million subscribers. 2012-2014: Head consultant for the projects "MasterChef" seasons 1-2, "MasterChef Kids" season 1, "Real Kitchen" on RenTV, "Two and a Half Chefs," and "Time to Eat." 2015-2016: Food producer and co-host of the program "Culinary Duel" on NTV, alongside Dmitry Nazarov. 2012-2013: Co-host of the program "Taste Shop" on the "Domashniy" channel (with Mark Statcenko). 2012-2015: Brand chef of the legendary project "ChefMarket" (850 recipes in 2 years). 2015-2016: Brand chef of the gastronomic cafe "Garden" in Zelenograd. 2017: Food producer for the culinary show "Battle of Chefs" on NTV. 2017: Brand chef and face of the Russian Fish Factory, a major supplier of wild Kamchatka fish. 2017-2018: Brand chef for the company Midea. 2018-2020: Brand chef for the "Pomidorka" brand. 2018 (December): Author of the program "Eating at Emelya" on the "Kitchen-TV" channel. 2019 (February): Internship at 2* and 3* Michelin restaurants (France, Megeve). 2019 (May): Internship at a 1* Michelin restaurant (Netherlands, Amsterdam). 2019 (December): Second season of the program "Eating at Emelya." 2019 (September-December): Head chef of the small, cozy Bistro & Boutique No. 7, with 30 seats. 2020: Brand ambassador and chef for the "Shary-Vary" brand. 2020-2022: Three seasons of the program "Eating at Emelya" + 2 seasons of the program "Farm Kitchen." 2022: Author of a program on the "Food-TV" channel in St. Petersburg.
