"I began my journey during my student years, meeting and working with various chefs. From them, I gained my initial experience, and they instilled in me a love for food. This happened in a setting of complete immersion in nature, with cooking over an open fire and baking bread in a traditional Russian oven. Chef Ruslan Korobov was my first and most important mentor, and thanks to him, I began to pursue culinary arts professionally. I acquire new knowledge and experience through gastronomic travels, and I enjoy observing the successes of my colleagues – it's very inspiring!
