About
For over 30 years, he worked as a head pastry chef and brand head pastry chef in restaurants in Moscow. He received training from some of the best foreign and domestic chefs. Currently, he is focused on developing his own brand and a production facility for chocolates and coated candies. He is also involved in teaching, conducting in-person and online master classes on filled chocolates. He is developing a new direction in filled chocolates – gourmet chocolates – combining chocolate with unconventional and unusual ingredients for candies: duck, foie gras, tomatoes, cheeses, and spices.
