We've expanded our cultivation areas and established an additional collaboration with a local farmer who is growing more vegetables specifically for us, allowing us to further strengthen our use of locally-sourced produce. We also preserve a large portion of our produce for winter when vegetables are typically scarce in our climate. To contribute positively to the local ecosystem, we are introducing our own beehives, with the aim of becoming self-sufficient in honey.
