About
Born and raised in the city of Novosibirsk. After graduating from a pedagogical university, she decided that she needed to make a change in her life, so she got a job at a small restaurant in a hotel. The head chef agreed to teach Tatiana everything he knew in the profession, and later pass on his skills to the head pastry chef. After a change in management, Tatiana moved to the Hilton hotel, where she gained experience in creating cakes and her own desserts. Upon completion of the construction of the Marriott hotel, she was invited to the position of senior pastry chef, where she began to delve into international standards. Later, she returned to her former employers, but this time to "Sibir Sibir" as the head pastry chef. Then came a trip to the alluring Altai region, which offered a work rotation: "I had never left home for such a long period, and I decided to give it a try." After a while, she grew tired of that lifestyle, and she was immediately contacted and offered a position as the brand chef at the Beerman restaurants. Due to health reasons, she left Beerman, and then gained experience at "Sosnovy Bor" in delivering desserts to another city, catering, and many custom events, including weddings. Currently, Tatiana leads a team of pastry chefs for all of Denis Ivanov's projects in Moscow.
