Professional experience: 12 years. My first job was as a pastry chef at the "Don Quixote" restaurant in Orenburg, followed by two years at the "Peking Duck" restaurant in Moscow. I then worked as a sous chef pastry chef for 5 years at the Italian restaurant MAMMINA, owned by William Lamberti. Currently, I am the head pastry chef at the Chillini restaurant in Orenburg. I have completed training at the "Exclusive" academy and also took a course from Nina Tarasova on "The Magic of Puff Pastry." I continue to develop my skills in this area.
Place of birth: Orenburg. Hobbies: discovering new flavors in desserts. I spend my free time with my family.
