Suren's career with DELMAR Family began in 2013 as a regular cook. He has since worked in all of the company's restaurants, gaining experience in various roles. Suren is a native of Sochi, and therefore has a better understanding than most of the local culinary preferences and has witnessed the evolution of the restaurant industry in the resort town. He has been trained by some of the top chefs in the country. Suren is drawn to innovative cuisine, which allows for creative expression and imaginative flair. He shares recipes and expert opinions, and represents the restaurants in the media. Currently, he is the head chef of the "Miramar" and "Ocean" restaurants. The chef's motto is: stepping outside of your comfort zone is the key to growth.
