About
Born and raised in the city of Arkhangelsk, he was introduced to traditional Northern and Pomor cuisine from a young age. From his youth, he has been passionate about hunting and fishing, which also influenced his culinary perspective.
Stanislav has worked in the restaurant industry for over 15 years. Since 2023, Stanislav has been leading the kitchen at the "Kochevnik" restaurant-bar in Nar'yan-Mar. He is responsible for developing the restaurant's concept and menu, as well as training and managing the team. Currently, he is focused on developing a "Comfort Food" concept with a unique approach, catering to both guests and residents of the region, and actively participates in culinary festivals. He is actively promoting gastronomy in the region.
