In the fine dining restaurant of our Demeter- & Bioland-certified farm, I adhere just as strictly to ecological and organic standards as the rest of my family does in our fully certified business (DE-ÖKO-006) – in line with the tradition begun by my grandfather back in 1950. We ferment and preserve our first-rate produce so as to be able to enjoy it year round.
