The birthplace of the currently successful Brand Chef, Sergei, is the city of Gurlen, in the Uzbek SSR. Sergei grew up and spent his youth in the city of Nalchik, where his mother moved him. When choosing his future profession, Sergei enrolled in the Polytechnic Technical College, specializing in "Engineer in the field of computer development." During his studies, like many young men, Sergei started working part-time and ended up at the "Lashin" restaurant, specializing in Caucasian cuisine. As we know, this marked the beginning of his career in the culinary world. Moving to Moscow was a turning point in the chef's life, and his family and two children provided support and motivation. After a long and challenging journey in the hospitality industry, Sergei achieved the title of Brand Chef.
