About
Sergey Ryabov is the current head chef of the "Gamardjoba" chain of Georgian restaurants. He first held the position of head chef at the Japanese restaurant "Hatsumo." After some time, he moved to Tbilisi to study and work. Upon his return, he participated in the opening of several Georgian restaurants in the city of Ulyanovsk, including "Khmeli-Suneli" (now "Khmeli-Kartveli"), "Alazani," and "Khinkalnaya Lavka." Sergey has a total of 10 years of experience as a head chef. Anyone who has tasted Georgian cuisine prepared by Ryabov knows that it is characterized by originality and simplicity in every dish, as well as a skillful combination of meat, herbs, and vegetables. And, of course, a distinctive feature is the contrast between spicy and savory flavors.
