Sergey is an economist by training, but cooking has always been his main hobby and passion. At the age of 21, he became a head chef in his hometown of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, and continued his career in various projects. Sergey says that he has always strived to create dishes that are both understandable and delicious, while also staying up-to-date with trends and maintaining a balance. For two years, Sergey worked as the brand chef at the restaurant Bor 812.
He is originally from Kamchatka. His parents instilled in him a love for food.
