About
Chef Sergey Navasartov, an Armenian with roots in Nagorno-Karabakh, began his professional career in Yerevan. Twenty years ago, he moved to Moscow and rose through the ranks, starting as a cook in a restaurant and eventually becoming the head chef of one of the country's largest catering companies. He has catered events for audiences as large as entire stadiums – in 2017, Sergey oversaw the opening of the "Zenit-Arena," and in 2018, he provided food for the fans at the FIFA World Cup in Saransk. Sergey set himself a challenging and interesting goal: to expand the boundaries of Armenian cuisine by collecting recipes from various Armenian diasporas, and to make it elegant and modern.
