Sergey Khrnyan began his culinary career at the age of 15, working as a kitchen assistant at one of the largest restaurant complexes in the Rostov region, which could accommodate 1200 people. He worked under Chef Sergey Naskhulian, and it was from him that he was inspired to pursue a career in culinary arts. After gaining valuable experience in the kitchen, he decided to enroll in culinary school.

He qualified for the WorldSkills Russia competition, entering a new world of culinary championships. He achieved victories in the Rostov region, the Southern Federal District (the most challenging stage), and Russia, becoming the Russian champion among young people under 23. As a member of the national team, he had the honor of being part of history and competing at the World Championships. His score was 30 out of 44. In 2016, he won a silver medal at the prestigious Chef A La Russo competition. His work as a coach with the WorldSkillsRussia team helped prepare one of the participants who went on to win the World Championships. Several years ago, he made the decision to return from St. Petersburg, where he had been working with Artem Grebenshchikov's team, to Rostov. His goal was to contribute to the development of Rostov as a gastronomic center of Russia, using local products and modern technologies, alongside other renowned chefs in the region.

Sergey is a highly meticulous and detail-oriented professional. He assembled the youngest team in Rostov and ensured a high-quality product for the guests. He travels extensively, constantly learning and developing. He is a core member of the team and one of the most important members of the restaurant team, not only because of his professional skills, but also because of his personal qualities. He is a wonderful, open-minded, and humorous person from the south, with no pretentiousness or star-like behavior.
