About
He began his professional career in Moscow immediately after graduating from his educational institution. He worked at the National Medical Research Center named after Dmitry Rogachev, where he was involved in organizing meals for over a hundred doctors from around the world. Later, after moving to Tula, he started as a line cook at the steakhouse The Trump. He then progressed to become a sous chef and eventually the head chef. Subsequently, he worked in establishments specializing in Russian cuisine: the restaurant "Bolshoy Kremlevsky" (Tula) and the restaurant "Turgenev" (Tula). Following that, he became the head chef at the wine bar Vinodomino. In 2020, together with a friend and colleague, he developed the menu for the new Pan-Asian restaurant Azaza, where he continues to work to this day.
