About
We are an establishment with a "Naturland Organic Certification Number". Our cows and calves are reared a stone's throw away from us in Walleiten. We gather elderflowers, mountain pine needles, fir shoots, redcurrants and dandelion flowers right on our doorstep and at the edge of the Hechenberg forest. Whatever we do not produce ourselves comes from the immediate vicinity.
