Our motto, delivered with a playful wink, is "fu... caviar. eat veggies". For us, the value of a menu doesn't lie in classic luxury ingredients, but in craftsmanship, creativity and appreciation. As a passionate gardener, I close the loop: organic waste is composted, and in turn the compost nourishes new vegetables for our menus.
