About

She started as a restaurant hostess, then worked as a cook, assistant production manager, sous chef, and has been a head chef since 2006. She has worked in establishments serving Latin American, fusion, and авторская (author's) cuisine, and has been interested in Italian and French cuisine. Currently, she is interested in experimenting with Scandinavian cuisine. What she loves most about Scandinavian cuisine is its naturalness, its connection to nature, its eco-friendliness, and the purity of its flavors! We have become so accustomed to delicious food that we often don't think about or listen to what we are eating. But we should consider what ingredients we are consuming, how long they have been subjected to heat, and what spices and herbs were used in their preparation. At our cafe, we strive to emphasize the naturalness of the ingredients, using only fresh, natural herbs and spices that nature provides. I want our guests to pay attention to the taste of the food, to enjoy the natural flavors, to be inspired, and to find pleasure in their meal! In 2021, she won the "Culinary Battle" competition at the "Yes, Chef!" festival and was awarded the honorary title of "Super Chef of the Volga Region." In 2022, she became a laureate of the "Palm Branch of the Restaurant Business" award in the "Best in the Industry" category, receiving the "Choice of Chef.ru" award. She entered the culinary world by chance. Sometimes, you embark on a journey around the world and don't know where the wind will take you. For me, it led to Cyprus (where she spent 6 years in training). There, she participated in several international culinary competitions, winning one silver medal and two bronze medals. She also participated in the International Culinary Olympics in Erfurt, Germany, as part of the Cypriot team. She completed international courses in restaurant service, public relations, and advertising. She also prepared students to participate in international competitions.
