We produce our own organic vegetables, pork, poultry and honey at our farm, Lille Østergaard, near Brønderslev. We focus on using everything we get from the farm, whether fresh or preserved in some way, through fermenting, drying, pickling or making a syrup. Our eggs and dairy are also organic and staff uniforms are recycled out of old tablecloths and old aprons.
