The main principle for a chef is responsibility in everything and punctuality. His motto is to never be late, anywhere, and the entire team operates under this principle. Rustam's mission is to introduce guests to local products and cuisine, to tell the gastronomic story of this region, and to create dishes that are as beautiful as the view of the surrounding nature.
