Roman Kirillov, the head chef at the "Restaurant Complex Mechty," has been working in the culinary field since 2010. During that time, he has worked with various cuisines, including Italian, Russian, Japanese, Uzbek, Greek, and Armenian. He has participated in festivals, where he developed tasting menus, each of which explores the unique characteristics and traditions of national cuisine. He has also hosted gastronomic dinners, featuring Armenian and Greek dishes in a new, original interpretation. Roman chose this profession because of the direct connection between his efforts and the results he achieves. He also held the position of head chef in charge of staff training at a regional company.

In my dishes, I strive to be as responsible as possible regarding the quality of the ingredients and their seasonality. I create interesting combinations, drawing on my experience working with different cuisines, but above all, the dishes are meant to be delicious and beneficial, while also surprising and encouraging guests to see gastronomy in a new light.
