Currently, I am the head chef for the "Snezhny Coffee" coffee shop chain in Krasnoyarsk. I have previously worked in restaurants at the 5-star "Mriya Resort and Spa" hotel and at the "Zolotoy Zaton" 4-star hotel. I also developed menus and launched coffee shop formats in Astrakhan.

I am originally from Astrakhan and graduated from a vocational college with a degree in culinary arts, specializing in pastry and shipboard cooking. I started working in a hotel in my hometown at the age of 17. In 2022, I moved to Krasnoyarsk and enrolled in the Institute of Gastronomy, majoring in higher education in restaurant management. I am currently the head chef for the "Snezhny Coffee" coffee shop chain. My interests include gastronomy, developing concepts for establishments, studying the restaurant market, and actively following industry trends.
