Chef Rodion Sadovsky completed internships with some of the best chefs in Italy, who held two Michelin stars. He experienced the authentic cuisine of Tuscany, gaining valuable knowledge and inspiration for his own culinary development. He immersed himself in Italian culture and learned all the nuances of pasta making under the guidance of renowned chefs.
